We are a small property management company and are steadily growing. We started by the request of clients who bought homes through us and when leaving a few years later could not sell their home and wanted the same great service they received when buying the home through us. So, we started managing rental properties. Providing all the services you expect from a larger company, with the personal attention you deserve.

Our property management services can be a huge asset to your investment. Rental funds are sent directly to your bank account on the 10th of the month, and you can use the landlord portal to get a report on how much you will receive.
You can take comfort in knowing we do a six-month inspection to check the condition of your home, any defects will be noted, and repairs completed as soon as possible. We offer online applications for prospective tenants, screen credit and criminal background of prospective tenants, and check income statements as well as verifying tenant history. As we do not charge you a management fee when the home is vacant, we do try to find a suitable tenant. We use syndicated software to advertise the home.
Our Lease Contract as well as our Property Management Agreement are both provided by Texas Association of Realtors®. We have online software to allow us to securely execute the lease electronically. If landlord and/or tenants are not in the local area, it is not a problem. We have web portal software to allow tenants and landlords to check on their status, make work orders, and pay directly online. You will have access to your financial data of your home at any time. An email will be sent to your reporting the status of you home including when work orders are submitted, when they were completed, and details of the work order.
