Hyon "Suky" Simms is a Broker at Centex Sunshine Realty, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors.
Real estate has always been Suky's passion that she chose to pursue, following a 14-year career in corporate office.
Suky is very knowledgeable of the local market, making her your best choice. With experience and enthusiasm for the real estate industry, when she is not assisting her clients you will find her in class educating herself to benefit her clientele.
Suky is always on top of the most recent changes in the market, attends all training offered, and has acquired the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SFR (Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource), along with the title of TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist). Continuing education allows her to assist her clients more efficiently. Suky Simms recently participated in a Broker Price Opinion Resource Certification course and obtained her BPOR certificate so that she can assist bankers and asset management companies to evaluate their properties. Suky Simms is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, earning GRI designation. Less than 10% of all Texas Realtors® have accomplished this educational achievement.
Suky Simms is also a Graduate of the 2011 TRLP (Texas Realtor Leadership Program) sponsored by the Texas Association of Realtors.
